There has been a certain buzz surrounding Kate + Doug’s wedding ever since I instagramed a couple of their photos on my drive home from their wedding. People always ask about that one Cincinnati wedding, how gorgeous it was & how I lucked into having them as my couple. I am extremely excited to finally show off Kate + Doug’s wedding.

Kate + Doug had an evening ceremony & chose to do a first look. I love when couples do this. It gives them time alone to appreciate who it is they are really about to marry & it allowed us to soak up all the gorgeous afternoon light for photos.
Their ceremony was at the St. Xavier Church. It is a stunning church on a very large grand scale. So big in fact that I almost had a panic attack trying to climb down the staircase from the choir loft.
After all the pictures Kate + Doug arranged for a horse and carriage to pick up their wedding party and deliver them to the door of their reception.
I also love that they allowed me to take them away from their reception & steal a couple more photos under the city lights. They are my favorite ones of the day. Also check out Kate’s shoes. She wore those all day long. Any woman who can walk that gracefully in a pair of heels like that is someone I am instantly jealous of!
